At this stage, Crypto Sentiment does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII) from users within the App itself.

Specifically:

• We do not require you to create an account.
• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or contact list.
• We do not access your photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

Any information handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (such as purchase history, crash reports, or basic device information) is processed under their own privacy policies.

2. Usage Data and Analytics

At this time, Crypto Sentiment does not use in-app analytics or tracking technologies that collect personal or identifiable user data.

If privacy-friendly analytics are added in a future version (for example, to understand general feature usage), we will:

• Only collect aggregated, non-identifiable usage data.
• Update this Privacy Policy before such collection begins.
• Avoid collecting any information that can directly identify an individual user.

3. Third-Party Services

Currently, Crypto Sentiment does not integrate with third-party services that collect or process personal data from within the App.

If this changes in the future (for example, adding analytics, crash reporting, or external APIs), we will:

4. Children’s Privacy

Crypto Sentiment is not specifically targeted at children under the age of 13, but it is designed as a visual and interactive experience that may be accessible to users of various ages.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at CryptoSentiment@mightylabs.ai, and we will take steps to remove such information as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Data Security

Because the current version of Crypto Sentiment does not store personal user data on our servers, there is no central database of personally identifiable information maintained by Mighty Labs.

Nevertheless, we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect any data we may process in future versions of the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, particularly if we:
