Mighty Labs partnered with IIndyverse to create a fan engagement platform tailored for artists and musicians to connect with their audience in an innovative way. We developed two comprehensive platforms—a client-side dashboard for artists and a user-facing app for fans—to enable interactive experiences, digital collectibles, and community engagement through SMS and WhatsApp.

Artists can design and share links for fans to claim unique collectibles, stored in a digital wallet.
Exclusive Raffles and Rewards
Artists can set up raffles, accessible only to fans who’ve claimed specific collectibles, allowing them to win rewards like tickets or merchandise.
WhatsApp Chatbot Flows
A dedicated UI mirrors WhatsApp Web, enabling artists to set up interactive chatbot flows to engage fans via WhatsApp, further personalising the fan experience.

Two options are available for claiming digital collectibles—fans can verify via phone number for a custodial wallet or use a self-managed wallet with Passkeys, allowing for secure and easy access.
Manage a Digital Wallet
Fans can view all their claimed collectibles in one convenient wallet screen, showcasing their collection from various artists.
Exclusive Raffle Entries
Fans can participate in artist-created raffles for the chance to win rewards, from tickets to exclusive merchandise, accessible through simple form entries.
Interactive Polls and Voting
Artists can share ideas for merchandise designs via Instagram-style polls, enabling fans to vote and influence final designs, fostering a collaborative, community-driven experience.
